Good afternoon fellow Listers, I'm searching for information and connections to the following. They lived in the Galveston area from the 1870's through early 1920's. CRANZ (or KRANZ); BELCHER; HOWARD; VENN Frank CRANZ and his daughters Adele and Antonete and son Erdmann seem to have arrived in the early 1880's from Germany. Frank Cranz owned the Southern Showcase Co. James and Ellen BELCHER arrived from England sometime around 1880. James is listed as being a longshoreman. William Foster HOWARD seems to have arrived in the early 1890's and married Adele CRANZ in 1893. Henry VENN arrived from England in the early 1870's and worked as foreman at the flour mill. He married Ellen BELCHER following the death of her husband, James. If you have information or connections to any of these families, I'd be most interested in talking with you. -- Peace and Gentle Sunsets, Pam http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/Canopy/4636
