There is microfilm of The Fairfield Recorder and the Teague Chronicle. These can be found in some of the larger libraries and/or archives. We have both at the Freestone County Genealogical Society research room. We also have some of the issues of The Wortham Journal on microfilm. You can come to the room on the first or second Sunday of each month between 1 and 4 pm and look at the microfilm. If you must come at another time, volunteers', who can open the room for you, phone numbers are posted in the window.
