Dr. Emmet Headlee was married to my great grand aunt, Mary M Harrison. I have found this information on him that I hope other Headlee/Harrison reserachers find helpful: He was a founder of the town of Teague, Texas in Freestone County. He belonged to Freemason's Boggy Lodge #739. Excerpt from Freestone Frontiers - "Upon arriving in Brewer, Malone located two of the community's leading citizens. T.G. Blackmon and Dr. Emmett Headlee. Blackmon for years had faithfully served as county surveyor while Headlee, a family doctor, whose buggy and saddle horse was taking him about all the back country roads for miles wround helping the stork, healing sore throats, ailing ears and impaired eyes."
