Fairfield Recorder, Fairfield Texas Friday, May 8, 1925 AGED CITIZEN DIES NEAR KIRVEN Mr. William CHAPPELL aged about 92, died last Tuesday at the home of his son, Mr. Ab CHAPPELL near Kirven after a long period of decling health. His remains were brought here and interred in the Fairfield Cemetery Wednesday afternoon. A large number of relatives and neighbors accompied the body here. We have no data bearing on the life of Mr. CHAPPELL other than he had been a resident of Freestone County since the early days.
