Hello List's, I need help!! I am looking for information on Maud and Ben Nanny. They lived in Freestone and Leon counties. They had at least 4 daughter's. Their names were Bessie and Essie (twins), Cora, Zelma and Christyn. I believe that Christyn died at an early age. I have Benjamin death cert.--he died in Teague TX 1/22/1965. His daughter, Bessie L Rosson was the informant on the death cert. I can't find out where his wife Maud or Maude Monk/ Nanny died or is buried. I can't find out anything on Bessie Rosson either I have tried calling the Nanny's in Teague and they were rude. Maybe they thought I was a masher or something!!!!!!! Anyway, all I want is someone who might have known this family to contact me. As you all know sometimes the slightest lead can go a long way with genealogy research! I was told by someone that they might have family in Buffalo. Maude is the only sister of my husbands grandfather that I have no info on. Ben and Maud were married in Leon co. in 1! 910.
