L. Walker was in the Chronicle office Mon. morning on his return home from Clear Creek Church in Leon County and reported the following deaths for which he had conducted the burial ceremony: Mrs. Lessie West died Mar.4, at the family home three miles south of Luna and her remains were laid to rest Mar. 5 at Antioch cemetery. Grandma Dunlap died Feb. 6 (sic)at the home of her daughter Mrs. Emma Stagner in the Dew community and the remains were laid to rest in Dew cemetery Thurs. Mar. 7. Mar. 15, 1918 Card of Thanks We want to thank friends and neighbors for what they did for us during the sickness and death of our dear mother Mary Dunlap.
