Burial was at Young Sunday afternoon. A large number of citizens of Fairfield, Teague and other points being present. Rev. E. Homer TIREY of Teague conducted services. Decease is survived by his wife and one daughter, Mrs. E. G. MILES of Fairfield. Mr. SPENCER was of the old school. Honorable in all his delings with his fellow man and highly respected by all who knew him.
