Thanks to kind and generous family members, Freestone Co. History Books, census records, and other Freestone Co. records, I have brief biographies on most of people buried in this cemetery. Also from these same sources 13 unmarked graves have been named. I still have a few that I have been unable to locate in any source. . > > Rogers, Jimmie D. > 7/8/1828 - 2/6/1905 > ### > > Tatum, L.B. > d.11/17/1865 > ### > Holland, Nannie Lee > 4/24/1897 - 4/28/1897 (May be dau of J.A. & Amanda Holland) > ### > B.D.H. 3. Hi Tom, I noticed that the main problem I had with the cemetery pages is when I clicked on them from "Texas Tombstone Project" on the main rootsweb page. When I clicked on them later from inside the Freestone County, Texas page of the site, I had better luck. Thank you for your help! Tracie P.S. 3. The problem is probably the browser combined with included parts of the page being missing. In this case they are most likely using Netscape 4.x, which will show page not found if any piece of the page is missing. When an prior version of the site is accessed, the sidebar.htm is missing, causing the entire page to error. I think the newer version of Netscape handles this better, and IE just shows the name of the missing piece. Tom, if you need any help let me know. jimmy -----Original Message----- From: Tom Ellis [mailto:freestone2003@hotmail.com] Sent: Tuesday, July 01, 2003 2:47 AM To: TXFREEST-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [TXFREEST] Freestone's Website I verified the links on the cemeteries page and had a couple of links that were broken, and have now been repaired, but not many. He only has the military marker for a headstone. Both of Ben Jr.'s parents are also buried there. Neither Benjamin Sr. nor Ada has any heastone. There is not enough room for both parents to be buried next to their son Benny, so I am not sure who is where. I have called the church group, but they know nothing about them. I am trying to find a map, possibly from someone who did an inventory of the cemetery before the headstone became missing. I am not sure that Ben Sr. ever had one. The only way I found out Ben Sr. was there was from reading his death certificate.
