English who was the son Jonas English & Martha [Todd]. Jonas was the brother of my GGG-Grandpa William English. Lavinia has been working on this family for some time and probably has more information than you will want....!!! And...I have to ask.......it's such a long shot but...... Per her sister Mrs Maggie Mae [Anderson] Garrett's obituary October 1966, she was survived by a sister "Mrs Alva S. RICE of Dallas". This sister has to be Mary "Mollie" [Anderson] born abt 1874 in Freestone Co Tx. Mollie and Maggie were daughters of Pinckney Anderson who died in Wortham, Texas, in 1910. I "THINK" Mollie's husband was Alvie S. RICE born 16 Jul 1887 Kansas - died 16 Oct 1972 Dallas, Dallas Co Tx. It's possible that both Alva & Mollie were previously married - I just don't know. Ever come across this man in your research?? Kathye
