Changing the subject entirely: if you haven't checked your surnames lately at the Fayette TXGenWeb site, you might try again. I've added a bunch of biographies ca1916 from A History of Texas and Texans. This book doesn't have an index, so even if you've seen it you may have missed entries regarding your ancestors.
