There is an obit for Mrs Justice on the Colorado County TXGenWeb site. At the time that she died (1902) her husband was still alive and living in the Live Oak community of Colorado County. You will find a copy of her obit at http://www.rootsweb.com/~txcolora/obits/obitsj1.htm#Justice,%20Anna A list of the known burials in the Live Oak Cemetery may be found at http://www.rootsweb.com/~txcolora/cemeteries/cemeteries_l.htm#Live%20Oak I do not know if the grave of Mrs. Justice is marked or not. I do know that there are many unmarked graves in the cemetery. Mr. Wagley was lovingly marked any area which he found that indicated a grave site with a wooden cross.
