Hello, List! I have a copy from microfilm of a passenger list for the SS Frankfort showing a John POKLUDA, 26, iron founder, Moravian, Austria, last residence a town that looks like "Boshska." This record further states his passage was paid by an "uncle" and that he is going to Holman, TX to visit an uncle, John POKLUDA. The port is Galveston, TX and the date is September 26, 1904. Does anyone recognize this young John POKLUDA? Or the uncle John POKLUDA? Possibly Uncle John is the John POKLUDA who married Frantiska/Frances VASI CEK. Frances was first married to a NAISER. John POKLUDA and Frances, along with John's stepchildren, are found in the 1900 Fayette Co. census. Any help appreciated. Sue Ann Hayley
