Surnames: Weyend, Von Rosenberg, Becker Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/mkB.2ACI/341 Message Board Post: I am looking for information on my GGGGrandfather, George Weyend's family history and ancestors. He was born 1825 in Germany, died 1896 in the Round Top area. He was married to Christine Becker, born 1831 also in Germany and died 1906 in Round Top. Their daughter Emma, born 1858 on the Nassua Planation near Round Top, married Alexander Eugen Von Rosenberg. I would also like to find any information on Christine Becker's family in Germany.
There was a George Weyand family that lived in the Nassua community near Round Top that draft age children during the time of WWII. If this family would be the correct lineage most likely I could put you in touch. ----- Original Message ----- From: <jtkoenig@yahoo.com> To: <TXFAYETT-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, March 29, 2005 4:56 PM Subject: [TXFAY] George Weyend > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Surnames: Weyend, Von Rosenberg, Becker > Classification: Query > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/mkB.2ACI/341 > > Message Board Post: > > I am looking for information on my GGGGrandfather, George Weyend's family history and ancestors.
