    3. Hey Mike. I'm not sure to tell the truth. U have not been able to track relatives of my grandfathers brothers and sister. My aunt, Velma Lee Cates married a man from Wolfe City; his name Weldon Anthony. I've been told the Anthonys' had a store in Wolfe City and Sherman. Do you have ancestors named Cates? If so, where'd they originate. My Cates' originated in Tennessee and had an original surname of CATE, not CATES. I am in Ohio, but am interested in getting and keeping the property cleaned. My son and daughter live in the DFW area as well as several of my cousins (surnames: Watson, Skipworth. and Cates). Please let me know what we can do. I am not opposed to traveling there to help in a cleanup project. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Mike Barker > Sent: Friday, October 18, 2002 12:18 AM > To: TXFANNIN-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: Re: [TXFANNIN-L] Porter Cemetery > > He who dies with the most ancestors wins! > > > ==== TXFANNIN Mailing List ==== > Threaded Archives > Search List by subject line in a time period > http://archiver.rootsweb.com/ > > > -- Koyote Communications Web Mail http://www.koyote.com ==== TXFANNIN Mailing List ==== Search List Archives by keyword http://searches2.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl
