(Telephone Texas) in the mid 1800's. Claude Allen married Suddie? There were three children Phil, Eunyce, and Samuel. Samuel was born in 1876 he married Sarah Mayes, daughter of Jesse Mayes ans Jane Mills. Sarah married Housen Ransom in her early 20's. Housin and Sarah had three children Flora, Fannie, and Leo. When Housin died she married Samuel A. Allen who became a preacher, I am told by the family tham there is an AME Church named after Rev. Allen. Sarah and Samuel had three children Marggie, Roberta and Samuel T., The family moved to Dension, Texas in the early 40's or 50's. Sarah's daughter Fannie married Elex Ganies who was also from the same area. Anyone with any information on this family please let me know.
