This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/1hB.2ACE/1575 Message Board Post: I heard that my McIntyre/McEntyre/McEntire/McIntire relatives from SC and NC came to TX and they settled in Gober, TX in Fannin County, TX. Anybody know where this place was located? All help gratefully appreciated. Also, I am needing info on the McEntyre family and the Crocker family that apparently came with them to TX. Thank you for your help.
Gober is located about 5 miles south of Bonham, between Bonham and Leonard. It is a county area, no town as such.
