It is represented to be part of the holdngs for the Ladonia Hisorical Preservation Society. Does anyone know who donated it? And do they have any further information on the family? William A (b. 1866 in TN) and his wife had only one child that died young. He did have 8 brothers and sisters: Charles C (b. 1868, TN) John Edward (b 1871, TN) MaryA (b 1873, TN Ida (b 1875, TN) Lora Ella (b 1879, MS) Cleo A (b 1880, MS) Brown (b 1883, MS) and Vern (b 1886, TX) The parents of this family were John D Davidson (1843-1893) and Alice I Brown (1848-1933) - which is about all I have on this family. They were married in Lawrence County, TN - lived in Maury Co, TN for a while - moved to MS then to Wise Co, TX before settling finally in Ladonia. If anyone has any further information on them I would love to exchange information. Vern was my grandfather.
