Ohr Sr., 98, a longtime Honey Grove resident, died at home Friday about 6:30 a.m. He was born July 22, 1890, in Konigshofen, Germany. His wife, the former Mary Margaret Hoffman, died in August, 1961, survivors being three children: Max Ohr, Ranger; and G. M. Ohr Jr. and Miss Mary Elizabeth Ohr, both of Honey Grove; three grandchildren: Richard Ohr here; the former Nancy Ohr, now in Germany with her family, and Miss Mary Frances Ohr, Ranger, also five great-grandchildren.
