Mary, they have the Death Records at the County Clerks Office in Fannin County. They have large books with the information in them and if you want a copy of the Death Certificate, they will copy one for you. I think they are now about $20.00. The last one that I have got there was in color with a seal. Some counties use to sell them for genealogical purposes without the notary seal for a lot less, but I do not think Fannin County is one of those.
