To anyone who finds this info in the future... I gave Charlie the wrong citation for the census records for Robert BLANKENSHIP [son of John]. He is NOT the Robert L. in Lamar County, TX. in 1910 and 1920 He IS the Robert W. in Hunt County, TX in 1910 BLANKENSHIP, ROBERT W (1910 U.S. Census) TEXAS , HUNT, 5 J-PCT Age: 41, Male, Race: WHITE, Born: TN Series: T624 Roll: 1566 Page: 97 I have not found him in Hunt, Fannin or Lamar Counties in 1920 although he is buried in Fannin County with a recorded death date of 1928. Sorry I temporarily lead anyone down the wrong path.
