I couldn't get to the photos either using Internet Explorer, but I could access the pictures using the Netscape or Mozilla browser program. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Nell Thomason Sent: Tuesday, April 03, 2007 7:07 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [TXFANNIN] Unidentified Photos Pati, I can not get the pictures, but I will try later. I have sent it to the Brown's, so I do not know if they can get them or not. I am also researching McDaniel. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Pati" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, April 02, 2007 11:37 AM Subject: [TXFANNIN] Unidentified Photos > My name is Pati Stone and I am currently looking for identification of > some old photos we have gathered through our years of research. John A. Ussery died in Harrison Co. 1839. They had a probate case for PP Rains, in Fannin Co, about 1854 and named Ann Eliza (Ussery) Pearson HALF BLOOD DESCENDANT of John. Ann's half sister, wife of PP Rains is named as a WHOLE BLOOD DESCENDANT OF JOHN. The whole and half-blood stuff has me somewhat confused. The other is I would love it if someone would get me a copy of the probate of Preston P. Rains, Sheriff of Rains Co. Why the probate is in Fannin eludes me. Call or email me the cost and I will send a check. Thanks John Philip Adams Baytown
