Oops, sorry, I didn't read far enough down your mail.
Sorry, I thought my intentions were implied since the Blog supplied all the contact information for the key people. YES, we do need to get up in arms about this and say something to the people who can stop it. Here's the blog link again if you need to go back: http://blog.capecodgensoc.org/2010/02/save-2010-census-no-images-to-be.html Suzie On Tue, Mar 2, 2010 at 8:23 AM, Don Rubarts <ndrubarts@verizon.net> wrote: > Other counties are asking everyone to write/call their congressperson or > representative. > > Don > >

I just can't believe the National Archives would even consider the idea, never mind agree to it. This is the first I've heard but it came to me via the TXGenWeb coordinators mailing list. Samuel Andrew Cowan was my father's oldest sister's son. He was shot and killed by the night watchman at the cotton gin in Leonard. Email me, I have information on him and Ora's family and am more than willing to share. Ora's parents were Isaac Columbus Loggins and Rudy Lee Reese . FYI >From our experience, it is illegal to disturb a cemetery-no one can own it. Of course it is evidently to late now, but for others who are facing the same situation-we had to get an attorany to do it, but we saved one, because we had someone in our group who knew the law, got an attorney and the judge ruled in our favor. ----- Original Message ----- From: <gc-gateway@rootsweb.com> To: <TXFANNIN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, February 24, 2010 8:37 PM Subject: Re: [TXFANNIN] Lamasco, Tx. I remember that there were only a handful of headstones, maybe 5 at the most. I think they were children. This was about35 years ago when I last saw it. My uncle had stated a couple years ago that the owner had bulldozed all the trees around them, but the look to be there now. WOW... sorry to hear of your troubles! I've got plenty to keep me busy but I hope (for your sake) you are back in action soon. I saw your note come in forever ago... but only just now got to read it. I am at the Family History Center on Thursdays and had a customer here most of the day. Suzie, my computer has been taken down by trojans, vuruses, and I don't know what all. I have taken it to get it worked on and hopefully I don't lose all of my good stuff on it. I am using the library's PC now so can't do anything much. Don
Sorry, I meant to ask what funeral homes were in Bonham between 1910 and 1920. Thanks, Pat Russell
Franklin Monroe Teague died sometime between 1910 - 1920 in Fannin County. In 1910, he lived in Bonham and in 1920, his widow, Epsy Teague lived in Bonham. There is no death certificate. What
