    3. Yeah. You MUST use Flash 10 or it won't let you look up death certificates on pilot search. They don't come right out and say that but that's a problem with older OS's or PCs that won't install Flash 10, Win XP, or Win 7. No Flash 10. No searching. 2. Okay, thanks for the reply. I had been using it with the AOL search engine. Switched to IE and it did just fine. Thanks again. Faye

    2. hmmm...it still won't let me look for a death certificate. Must be some setting on my computer that has changed. Thanks for the reply. Faye

    3. Faye, I haven't been using it today (for a change) but just did some test searches and all seems OK. It didn't give me any problems on a few quick searches. I did notice that this is the NEW search engine that I mentioned last week was "coming soon". It's mostly cosmetic changes and a larger server. Yesterday the Main Family Search site was up and down for site maintenance...Drove me crazy. Author: ilumindhs Surnames: Dunham, Denhaml Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.texas.counties.fannin/2226.2/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I am interested in learning the same thing--why the Ira and Elizabeth Dunham family were in Fannin, Texas, according to the 1850 Census. In Ancestry.com (Texas > Fannin > Not Stated > 85), the names are transcribed as Iva and Elizabeth Denhaml, but I'm confident they're my Dunhams because the children's names and ages match up. Ira also shows up as "Iva Dunham" in the U.S. Federal Census Non-Population Schedules, 1850-1880 (Census Year: 1850; Census Place: Bonham, Fannin, Texas; Archive Collection Number: T1134; Roll 2; Page: 265; Line: 27; Schedule Type: Agriculture.). In the 1840 Census, the family was in La Porte County, Indiana. They disappear from Indiana in the 1850 Census but then Ira reappears in La Porte County, Indiana in the 1860 Census. I wonder if the family relocated to the Fannin area in the 1840s because of land. Ira was a farmer, so I might guess land became available. I'm also curious about Mona Dunham. Was she an older Dunham child? I haven't seen her before. Thanks, David Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
