I don't have my Camden papers out right now. I did notice you were researching the name Welch. My great aunt Edna Bradley who was born on May 1881 in Grayson Co.Tx. married a Mr. Welch she later married a Conine. I also have a long line of Rudd's, where and who are yours? My grandparents William Joshua Bradley born Feb.24,1884 by Denison, Tx. and Edna Earl Burpo born Wolf City, Tx. on Aug. 16, 1887 were married at the Caney Bridge on Denison and Bonham Road in Fannin Co. on Dec.20,1908. Does this site still exist? Does anyone know anything about this area? Ruth(Bradley)Rowan
What Camden names are you researching? My Camden's are from Missouri to Texas. The county road number 2710 goes through where Greens Chapel was. The last time I was through there all of the houses were gone. That has been 5or 10 years ago. That road is west of Lake Crockett from hwy. 409 or take CR 2715 west at Selfs community and it will run into 2710 and turn right. Oh goody - I have a Tribble connection! Arthur Cleveland Tribble married Mary Ella Marie Russell. Arthur's parents are George Pinkard Tribble and Lula Ann Key. Do you have information on this line? I have not done any research on the Tribble name. Barbara
My Grandmother Tribble was born in Fannin Co. in 1894 at a place called Greens Chapel. Is there anyone that might remember where Greens Chapal was located in the county ? does it still exist ? Thanks, Dearl Scott

Interesting that you say there wass a family in Limestone County, AL (James and Delilah McKinney) who were related to the the Rev. James Gibson Hardin family. However, from what I have been able to learn so far, it does not appear that Martha & Matilda Hardin of Limestone Co., AL were related to your Hardin ancestors. I have recently found quite a lot of genealogy for Rev. James Gibson Hardin’s family in the book “John Wesley Hardin, Dark Angel of Texas”, written by Leon C. Metz. Thanks again for your reply!
Debbie, I've just begun to research my Cooper's in the Fannin Co, TX area. I'll keep your message and send you an email if the names start looking familiar. Thanks! I have MILLS in my family. Left Madison (Orange Co.) around the Beaumont area in the mid 1800's to Rockport, Refugio (the Aransas) County. Are any of your MILLS from that area. I have not been able to learn anything on this MILLS line prior to their arriving in Rockport, Texas. Thanks, Patricia Barber Wendel
