I have all the info on the Eakin line from Families of Falls County. My mother's cousin Ed Eakin put me on track about the book. He lives in Austin. I noticed there IS some mis-information, also the way some of the paragraphs were laid out it is a little confusing as to where some of the children go, but it wasn't hard to figure out. My mother was an Eakin. Her father was Carson Leonard (or Leonard Carson) Eakin, son of James Isam (Isom) Eakin, son of Robert James, son of David & Mary McIntire Eakin. I have been to the cemetery in Chilton (full of Eakins) and also Carolina Cemetery. I have lots of information, and do want to be sure it is correct.
