The land was "on the waters of Pond Creek, 20 miles from Marlin." Her husband (probably deceased) was James M.B. Estes. She had come probably from Robertson or Brazos Cty, and later moved to Burnet Cty. I am attempting to determine why she or they were in Falls Cty and for how long. The land was sold to W.A.
