My husband's 3rd ggrandfather was Andrew Roberts of Austin's "old 300, first colony to TX. His son, Joel Walter, married Elizabeth Catherine Maulding. They had daughter Mary Ella Roberts who married Thomas Henry Garrett. Some of this family is buried at Stranger Cemetery with my husband's Rogers family . Some of the Roberts are buried on the Erskine farm near Stranger. Would like to share info on the Roberts.
