Floras nephew John W. Richey was murdered by a man named Buss Wyres in 1913 in Falls County near McClannahan which i believe is near Marlin somewhere. >From what i understand just prior to the murder John Richey had killed his cousin Joe(dink) Wyres who may have been a younger brother of buss. Buss Wyres was sentenced and hanged in Marlin in 1914 for the murder. I would like to find out any info about the specifics of what happened that caused the Murders and how the Richey & Wyres family were related. Any info would be a great help in my family research.
