Volunteers Needed TXGenWeb Archives Project for Falls County needs volunteers and I hope to make it a success by getting many individuals involved! We need people willing to trascribe information such as Bible, Biographies, Obituaries, Birth, Cemeteries, Census, Court/Wills, Marriage, Divorces, Military, Newspaper Articles, and photographs. Please look at the list below and if you would like to volunteer to transcribe these papers please contact me @ markkell95@aol.com or go to the website @ http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/tx/falls/fallstoc.htm How you can help: Go through old newspapers (published prior to 1923) and copy the information found. We will also accept individual information that you have in your files. Check with your local library to see what old newspapers they have on microfilm. TheTexas ArchiveProject will abide by today's copyright laws. I have set up with David at Genrecord.com an easy submission form for Texas Archives located at http://www.poppet.org/txfiles/ once the info is submitted it immediately e-mails me so that I know that they are there and I link them to the County site.
