Falls County is a wonderful site and mail list and: For your information: Judy Michaels has been transcribing the Comanche Chief newspaper to the Comanche mail list, and may also be on the Comanche County rootsweb page. I have seen many of these surnames posted on other surrounding county mail lists as well as the Texas L roots- list. Brown County has family surname pages with some photo's and books of the times and areas of interest. Plus there is the 1880 Census on-line at the LDS family search site. Mills county is also a fantastic and helpful site and has great cemetery information on-line as well as other information. San Saba is a great site too and many helpful people. Hamilton County has many resources. There is an URL for message boards and World trees and mail lists at: http://www.rootsweb.com/ and an interesting letter to subscribe to that offers helpful ideas and new web pages including new family surname pages.
