Is there any printed marriage records for Falls Co.? I am trying to locate marriage dates for a GUM/GUMM that married there in late 1920s. Thanks. Falls county has the marriage records for 1854-1926 available on microfilm. If you have access to a library that can get things via interlibrary loan, I would try the following option: Check out the webpage for the available microfilm at: http://www.tsl.state.tx.us/arc/local/falls.html Ask your library about obtaining the films. Usually you pay the postage, which for me has been about $3-4 for several films and you can have the films for up to two weeks. This option is great if there is the possibility of other family having been married about the same time. If you can't get the films via interlibrary loan, email me and I will try to get over to the library and copy them for you, but it would be a few weeks due to my tight schedule and the library is on summer hours. Man, I wish you had posted last week. I had the marriage records on microfilm. I had inter-library loaned them. I am fortunate to live in Liberty where we have a Regional library that will order them for me. There is a lot of info on microfilm for Falls. Find a library that will order them for you and happy hunting.
