I'll try to do this posting again. My name is DeWayne Wallace. My mother, Betty Jeanette Miniard, was born in Stephenville as was her father, Marshall Ellis Miniard. Her sister, Marilyn (James Larimore) still live in Stephenville. Her mother, Elna Edith Story, was a librarian at the Jr. High for 29 years. She died in Deleon years after her retirement. The Coxes of Johnsville are also related. Hattie Lee Dora Cox, daughter of Robert Houston, gdau. of Alfred Cox, son of Edward Cox, married Mannie Miniard, mom's pat. gfather. Edward Cox was killed by Indians during Civil War. William K. Wallace, my 2ggfather, lived and farmed in Bluffdale where he is buried at the Wesley Chapel Cementary along with his wife. The Likes of the same area are related. Also at Bluffdale are the Fallins, relations to my grandmother, Ruby Emily Fallin Wallace. Her brother, Paul, was the postmaster there once.
