Hi, Not sure of any connections, but John Standifer is a retired Chevrolet dealer in Hillsboro, Hill County. He ran a tire store between the outlet mall and the back entrance to Hill College, where he was on the board. One daughter, judy was a cheerleader and athlete there. Her sister married Bob Swilling of Whitney. he and I did a contract in the Carolinas, Minnesota, La. , Miss. , and Oklahoma for Discover card. i lost track of the Standifer boys after they went to A&M. Another Standifer, Tom , was a school Superintendent in Hill or McClennan County. There are several others in Hillsboro and Waco area by 3 spellings.
