Julia, there is a sight that collects old family documents, pictures, family bibles, etc., and posts them on the internet. The men that run this sight buy them in their travels. Their websight states that this is not a business as they don't do it for a profit but to help others find their family histories. Things are added periodically. I think that I have seen a websight somewhere that people rescue old items with genealogical value and list them but I don't find the sight at present.
