To Charles Wyly Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your history in the form of stories. You are very knowledge and write with a great sense of humor. Are you only subscribing to Erath county. I believe that is the only place I see your responses. How about subscribing to McLennan and Comanche counties. Do you know much about these counties. Somewhere I believe you mentioned you now live in Bellmead. My roots are in Chalk Bluff. I am specifically looking for the George W Carter family who lived around Axtell 1875 - 1900. And then information on his son, my grandpa, James Brown Carter b. 1883. George W moved on to Hamilton and Comanche counties around 1900-1910 when the oil boom started. James stayed around Chalk Bluff and raised 7 children. I look forward to more of your history telling. I really hope people are taking notes from you. Sandra
