Hi, this may not be much help, but there was a Mr. Hogan in Stephenville, 1930's who ran a blacksmith shop near Ansil Looney's garage at the Bosque river on South Graham Street. Dad and grandad carried him plow sweeps to sharpen. They spoke highly of and to him.
