Dear Vonnie, I think this Joseph Pickett of Erath Co. TX, was married to Tabitha Millicent Glenn, and they came out of Gilmer Co. GA. Joseph Pickett was the son of Joseph Pickett and Caroline Amanda Edney of Gilmer Co. GA. Joseph Jr. died in 1893 and he and Millicent are buried in The Glenn Cemetery, in Bluff Dale, Texas.
