Is anyone researching the CARR family in Erath County? I am looking for descendants of John W. Carr. John's father was Henry Carr born in Illinois. John's mother was Elizabeth S. Carmack of Erath County, Texas. John's first wife was Mary P. Mitchell. They were married 1878 in Erath County. He later married A. O. Carmack in 1886. Did John have children with either of his wives? John had two sisters. Emily Carolyn Carr who married Wallace C. McNeill and a sister named Elizabeth. Any information would be appreciated. Lola
