Hi, I am trying to jell some Lawson info. My parents jnew them well. I think the Lawson Brothers ran a cotton gin in 1930-40's somewhere in Erath County, Stephenville, I think. Seems one was a teacher in Huckaby or Dublin area. Seems Hugh lawson was a teacher at Huckaby or Oakdale, where mom attended school. Dean Lawson, a former Baptist minister attends church with us at Hewitt Baptist. He teaches a class of older people. His kids are still in school. (Hewitt is a town of 10,000 plus, between Waco and Lorena), Texas. - McLennan County . If I can find my set of Historic Calendars from Stephenville Town and Country Bank, I think there are some Lawson business photos in them. They are now out of print.
