Judi- I am a Clark descendant- Great Grandad's grandma was Sarah Hawkins Clark, granddaughter of Col. John Sevier who married Gen. J.R. Wyly , grandson of Col. Ben |Cleveland. They lived in Tennessee and Georgia and are buried at Clarkesville, Ga. in old Episcopal church cemetery, neat the church he built. Janice Ranee Clark Holcomb of Crockett, Texas and Houston is a third cousin through Hatchett, Wyly, and Clark lines. Ring any bells?
