    3. Hello to all! I'm new to this list and would appreciate any info on the following: James David Woodall (b. March 1855 in Morgan County, AL, raised in Iuka, MS) married Martha Frances "Fanny" Daniel (b. Nov 1866, Van Buren, Williamson County, Ark) in 1882 in Erath County, TX. Can anyone point me to a source for a marriage record? J.D. Woodall's parents were Zephaniah Harvey Woodall and Avarilla Priddy. Fanny Daniel's parents were Wiley E. Daniel and Nancy A. The 1900 census of Erath Co., TX shows J.D. and Fanny with the following family: Nancy A. (Jul 1883), Zephenia (Jul 1887), Joseph C. ( Dec. 1889), John B. (1891), and Hattie M.R. (Oct. 1895.) I am told that there was an older brother, Harvey, but didn't see him on the 1900 census. I found several issues of the Erath Appeal posted on the Erath Co, TX website contained mentions of J.D. Woodall. One article mentioned a trip to Hillsboro, which would make sense. J.D.'s brother, William Rufus Woodall, lived in Hillsboro. One Erath Appeal article mentions that J.D. Woodall lived near Sylvan, but I can't find Sylvan on any maps of the county. Anyone know where it is/was? I have lots on the Woodalls from Georgia to Alabama to Mississippi to Texas, and would be happy to share what I have. I have little on J. D. Woodall. Anyone know of this family? Thanks.
