Charles, Ahhh..........you hit some familiar names for me. Two Mountains or Double Mountains which are in the Caprock area near Snyder is ONE AREA OF TX I've been too. My mother's cousin owns a ranch at the base of the Caprock and part of the Caprock I'm told. Snyder is where many of her family live, including two of her brothers, ie. Henry Lee "Tommy" THOMPSON and Gerald THOMPSON. All the THOMPSON in the area are probably part of our family.My cousin Brenda is a hair dresser in Sweetwater (you mentioned that town) and her brother is the juvenile probation officer for the county Snyder sits in.
