    3. hi again. Leucy KEITH I think goes back to Nickodemus KEITH also, but I do not show him to be an immigrant so maybe we are talking different generations. I could be wrong and it is a Nickodemus BRUMBLEOW line. I have to pull out this data and get it together for you before I can be sure of anything. I have not worked it for several years but looked up much a few years back for a cousin who is direct descendant of the Leucy KEITH md. Chana MULLINS. Abijah KEITH is also familiar, and I'm thinking this was father of my Leucy.....so let me get back to you okay? Chana MULLINS was born @ 1865-69 ARK to Wm. Maston "Willie"MULLINS and Nancy Lue BRIGGS FERGUSON (widow of Ward FERGUSON). The FERGUSON children she had md. in TX and some remain ni Erath Co. area. Coincidentally I have a TN THOMPSON line which is rather hard to trace. I see your have it as a middle name for ROSS....perhaps someday we'll find a connection to that line as well. my THOMPSONs were the children of Elizabeth "Betsey" LONG who md. unk. THOMPSON man and lived in Ivy Long, Union Co.GA 1850. Her son James M. (Manuel?) THOMPSON md. Sarah (Louisa or Matilda) LEATHERWOOD and moved to Marshall Co. ALA by 1880 and then into OKLA and TX. James M. THOMPSON listed as widower in 1920 Live Oak Co. TX living with son Hiram Virgil. sibs of James M. included: Louada Ann \ Caroline / unsure if they came to OKLA or TX but names they Lavada / may have md. include: FORTNER and HUNLEY children of James M. included: Sarah Louada "Ada" md. (1) Lee ANDERSON (2) ESSARY Cordelia "Della" md. MOORE Cinda Arvie/Orvie or Cintha md. John ? Florence md. Will or Arthur DUNN so if these THOMPSON look familar please respond. I've very interested in the CHerokee connections to THOMPSON for several reasons, one is that LEATHERWOOD is reportedly mixed heritage and (2) Eliz. LONG THOMPSON family lived close to many mixed heritage families in Ivy Log, GA including David THOMPSON group. This group descends from the STARR and RIDER/RYDER lines. I'm leaving for about one week and will look for Brumbelo then. Thanks,Debbie
