Do any of you know anything about the YOUNG or PEACOCK or SELF (Tim has helped me quite a bit with Self, but it has not been determined how his family and mine are related) My family goes like this my grandma Goldie SELF HIGH DOB 11/13/1904, DR. Lemeul SELF and Mattie (possibly Martha Jane) YOUNG DOB 2/1884 were her parents, Lemeul SELF DOB 3/1879 parents were Joseph DOB 1851 and Jerusha Self DOB 11/14/1850. He had 2 brothers Hazzel DOB 4/1888 and James DOB 4/1884. I know they lived in Stephenville and Clairette. At some point Hazzel and Lemeul owned a Pharmacy. Martha Young's parents were James Hardy YOUNG DOB 12/3/1849 and Thedocia PEACOCK DOB 4/22/1852. I don't know a whole lot about the PEACOCKs or the YOUNGs. Mattie had 4 siblings, Alice DOB 1878, Ella DOB 3/27/1881, William DOB 1875 , Dow YOUNG DOB 4/1884. They lived in and around Stephenville. Any chance anyone out there has heard of them? I would love to hear back from you. Also Mattie and Lemeul were married 12/8/1901, When I was looking on the GenWeb site under marriages it had a Mattie YOUNG marrying someone else.
