    3. Hi, 1. Some of the U.S. and Texas still does not have local 911. If anyone on a Reunion notice mailing list in an area undergoing change, may find themselves in an area with changing addresses- same or different mail routes , matching local 911 maps. A Reunion mailing without first class mailing stamp may be tossed in the trash. Some of Erath County towards Lipan has changed in last 10 years. Be sure of your mailing lists by sending notices first class and returns will tell you whose was not deliverred. 2. KRLD Dallas today had a special talk short repeated twice about Wireless and High Speed Internet long Distance providers. They may not be going through your local 911 provider. Check your bill to see if it is listed. or Check Google Windows relating to the subject. A Couple in Dallas were recently shot in their home- the dad screamed for his daughter upstairs to call 911. Their Long Distance service was through a high speed wireless, not local, Cut rate system and a company operator picked it up back East but could not figure out where they were. A call on such service may not go to a local connection to local fire or police . Ask someone besides your Bargain provider- This could be one reason they are cheaper. Take care Charles A. yly
