HaynesO'Neil, Thank you for writing. I feel these Carters could be related since they are in the same area. However, I dont have enough information on my uncle's family to be able to proe it. I was told that Uncle Oscar's parents were William A Carter and Lillie E White. I have no proof for this. I do have from family sources that Uncle Oscar was born in Stephenville, Erath Co., TX on December 5, 1888. Again, thank you for writing.
