    3. I do not know if this will be of any help to you or not, but a large contingent of Miller families and others migrated from Missouri (Maries, Osage, Pulaski counties etc) about 1880 and settled in Commanche, Brown, Haskell and probably Erath counties at that time........ If you will post a query to the [email protected] website, there are a lot of Miller descendents who will respond to queries of Millers of Missouri as well as those in Texas and some of them live in the counties you mentioned in Texas..... they have helped me tremendously. , as my ggrandfather Miller settled in Commanche and gg grandfather Miller in Haskell. counties ....If it indeed turns out that your father is related to the Millers in Maries Co. Missouri and in Texas, then you are in for a real treat as there is alot of information about this family available.....These Millers are of German descent and the ancestor is George Miller b. abt 1750. I cannot relate to your Ike Miller...... Good Luck.......M.Kalapus ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, July 08, 2003 6:20 PM Subject: [ERATH] Re: Searching for information on Fred McKinley MILLER > Hello list: > I have recently subscribed to this list.
