Dear M. Thank you so much for your reply. You are the only one. I find the Miller's are my brick wall and I am very discouraged. I really got my hopes raised when I found that Fred was born there. I have been searching in Comanche Co for a while since I was told that Fred grew up there. I think Dublin is so near that perhaps people moved back and forth between counties. Freds father initals were J. L. it has been suggested that his name was John Locke and his nick name he went by was IKE J.L. Miller was in Comanche Co TX 11 Jun 1889 for sure because Laura who was born most likely in Comanche the town because her parents were living in town in the 1870 census. She later lived with an Uncle Redmond STONE and another uncle William STONE who had a store in Comanche and later in Proctor on William STONES property in 1880 married 11 Jun 1889 in Comanche and living in Dublin, Erath perhaps as early as 1890 when George Miller her first born was born. 2nd Pearl and 3rd Fred 2 Nov 1896 and last Johnie a daughter b 1899/1900 who married a Johnny D Nelson and moved to Fort Worth where he worked for the railroad.
