    3. Hello Mr. Wyly, Gen. Albert Sidney Johnston was born in Kentucky in 1803. He was a graduate of West Point. Moved to Texas in 1836 and was in the Texas Army. He entered the Confederacy in 1861 and was killed at Shiloh. He was buried for a while in New Orleans, but the Texas State Legislature requested and was granted to move his remains to the state cemetery in Austin. The noted Sculptor, Elisabet Ney, designed a beautiful stone monument in 1905. I am not sure who his children and/or siblings. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
