Hi, There is also a Mary Duty associated with Waco Schools. Wonder if some changed the spelling? I once took a Rauschuber boy to State Vica contests, and noticed the mail box by his spelled it Rauschubber. I said I thought they were brothers. he said they were. I asked why the names were spelled differently. He said it was because his Uncle had lived In Wichita Falls. Made no sense to me, but possibly when they were learning and translating from Czech or Germqanto English, the one in Wichita Falls might have been influienced by a teacher with roots in Windthorst or Pep or Muenster, home of the Cheese plant. . One of my teachers at Johnsville- a long friend of my parents, tried to make me spell my name Wylie. Most folk don't pay that much attention to anything but the sound.
